We had the short rib, pork chops and the seabass. Short ribs and porkchop were delicious. The seabass needed little more salt, but the black rice and the tomatoes added flavor. The place was really busy and lively with great 70s and 80s music. Service qas Fantastic. We will definitely come back again.
Fries and short rib dish were amazing. Environment is nice and modern with good space between tables. Portions were big but it was high quality and fresh. cant wait to go back.
My friend and I came here for the 1st time. We had heard many good things. This place did not disappoint. The food was very good. We really enjoyed each item we got. I recommended this establishment. Please note because of the shape of the building it can get quite loud inside.
We celebrated a birthday at M on High and the food was absolutely delicious. The chef came out and talked to us and said the pot pie on the menu was created for Nancy Regan as she was the chef for the library. The atmosphere has a cool trendy vibe with excellent craft cocktails. The outdoor area is a great place for drinks with friends in the warmer weather or to snug up around a fire pit! I highly recommend this place!
The food here was very good and the portions were HUGE. I got the tomato, basil, asparagus frittata which was served either sweet potato tots. My friend got the breakfast sandwich and my mom got the corn salad. Everything was very yummy. Very cute vibe. We also shared a mimos flight which comes with a bottle of champagne and 3 juices- we got pineapple, peach nectar and mango nectar. Would definitely like to come back and try other dishes!
Everything was great. Trendy establishment inside and out. I understand why it was busy. The food was great - presentation to taste and quantity. GF options (wish there were GF more options though). Our server was wonderful as well - friendly and professionally playful. Service staff worked hard and made sure that we had enough heaters outside. This is a gem.
We had a great experience. We went to dinner before attending a comedy show at the theater down the street. My husband had the pork and I had the salmon. The salmon was probably one of the best cooked pieces of salmon I've ever had. My mocktails were incredible and we absolutely loved our appetizer of yellowtail. The atmosphere was great and the server was friendly and we will definitely be back! Oh and I almost forgot the Cherry crumble was incredible!
Went to celebrate a graduation and wasn't disappointed. Sever was attentive and have good recommendations. The food was incredible and they provide generous portions. For our entrees, we ordered sea bass, salmon, risotto, burgers, and ribeye. Everything was amazing. The sweet potato tots, calamari, salad and the bread as starters were delicious too. The bread pudding dessert was phenomenal, some of the best we've ever had!
One of our favorite places in Ventura county. Can highly recommend the short rib, the flatbreads and anything with the risotto. Love the "I'm your Huckleberry" cocktail and they make a mighty fine Negroni. Always consider the specials, especially when they have the tomato soup and grilled cheese.
We are a group of Candians who came for work in the area. Personally best restaurant I have been in the country. We went to downtown LA on rooftops at really expensive restaurants and it doesn’t even come close to the quality of fresh food we had. We had tuna appetizers which was amazing and we had the best calamari I’ve ever had also fresh. Our child of a friend had a burger , came with a generous portion of fries and was super good. These were the best ribeyes I’ve had in all my visits to the United States . Amazing generous portion too and the presentation is flawless thank you again for the great service Katie. We also booked a table the next day!
